SALTO EECA
SALTO EECA supports co-operation between Programme and Neighbouring Partner Countries from Eastern Europe & Caucasus within Youth in Action Programme.
SALTO EECA Resource Centre was formed in October 2003 by European Commission. It continues work on the basis of EC decision to support the cooperation within the YOUTH in ACTION Programme with Neighbouring Partner Countries from Eastern Europe and Caucasus Region.
